COMPANY STRUCTURE
MWM CIVILS is a 100% black–owned firm of Development Land Surveyors, and Civil Engineering Solutions. The company currently has a staff complement of 5 people, with William Mphakathi being the owner. It also consists of an Artisans responsible for all fieldwork and an Administrative co-ordinator. The company has also structured itself that it allows provision of experiential training for the up and coming relevant professionals.

To be a recognised driving force in the provision of Land Surveying, Civil Engineering Solutions and Project Management through creating an outstanding firm that can compete on the global market.
